My wife has been hand feeding him baby formula. You can do training with any age of parrot but it's even better starting from a younger age. Great Green Macaws have a short tail. By weight the Great Green Macaw is second heaviest of all the flying parrots after the Hyacinth Macaw. Although Green-Winged Macaws are larger in appearance, Great Greens tend to be heavier.
