This video is about whether or not you should have your parrot in the kitchen with you. Beware of cooking fumes. There is potential for many hazardous cooking fumes that can be harmful to parrots including ptfe, smoke, carbon monoxide, and more. Parrots have highly sensitive respiratory systems so fumes can be very harmful or lethal to them. Flame and hot pots and stoves can also be a hazard. However, when nothing is cooking or you're just chopping up a salad, your parrot may enjoy spending time around the kitchen with you.
