Best Treats for Training a Quaker Parrot?

What kind of treats do I use for training a Quaker Parrot? Each bird has their own individual preferences so it is best to find what that parrot particularly enjoys. I noticed that my Quaker really likes safflower seeds so I pull them out from the seed mix he came with and use them only as treats for training.
